Experienced Construction Project Leader Audie Tarpley

Audie Tarpley worked as a preconstruction manager at Duke Realty Investments in Cincinnati, Ohio, from 1995 to 1998. His responsibilities in this position involved all master planning and preconstruction processes for industrial, retail, and office projects in the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky markets. Late in 1998, he relocated to Minneapolis and advanced to the role of vice president of construction at Duke Realty Investments, which involved the oversight of multiple projects involving hundreds of thousands of square feet of industrial real estate. In 2015, Audie Tarpley became the president and owner of Dillon in Indianapolis. Under his leadership, the construction team has completed several notable projects, including the design, entitlement, and construction of the corporate headquarters for Lids. The company has also completed multiple parking garage and apartment complex projects.

Mr. Tarpley studied civil engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta. During his career in construction, he has established himself as a member of professional organizations such as the The Real Estate Council in Dallas and the Urban Land Institute. Away from his work at Dillon, he enjoys staying active through golfing, scuba diving, and flying.
